Microsoft To Release Xbox One Wireless Controller Adaptor on PC

Xbox One wireless controllers will soon be compatible with Windows 10 PCs, Microsoft has confirmed.

The company will launch a wireless adaptor for PCs later this year.

The adaptor will also make it possible to use future accessories on PC, without the need for wires.

The Xbox One controller is already compatible with PC, but currently requires a cable.

The news comes after Microsoft announced plans to expand its ID@Xbox scheme by reaching users on both Xbox One and Windows 10.

Several developers are collaborating with Microsoft via the self-publishing programme to enable cross features between the two platforms.
